Korean Buttercream Flower Cakes

What to bring: A great attitude and the ability to have FUN! All tools, supplies, and materials will be provided to complete this cake project.



In this class you will learn to pipe Korean Style, Glossy Buttercream Flowers on a 5″ cake.

Here is what you’ll be learning:

  • Perfect Glossy Korean Buttercream recipe and technique
  • Introduction to tools needed for the piping of realistic Korean style flowers
  • Coloring techniques and achieving complimentary color combinations
  • Piping of flowers: Classic Rose, Cherry blossom and foliage
  • Assembling of flowers on cake and final touch up
  • Professional tips and important tricks for making flower cakes
  • How to store buttercream cakes

You will take home a beautifully decorated cake and the buttercream flower recipe.
