In this class you will learn to pipe Korean Style, Glossy Buttercream Flowers on a 5″ cake.

Our new team member Paulina was formally trained in Korea and is certified in the art of Korean Buttercream.

Here is what you’ll be learning:

  • Perfect Glossy Korean Buttercream recipe and technique
  • Introduction to tools needed for the piping of realistic Korean style flowers
  • Coloring techniques and achieving complimentary color combinations
  • Piping of flowers: Classic Rose, Cherry blossom and foliage
  • Assembling of flowers on cake and final touch up
  • Professional tips and important tricks for making flower cakes
  • How to store buttercream cakes

You will take home a beautifully decorated cake and the buttercream flower recipe.
