Learn how to create and decorate this Cirque-stylized lady clown. You will created her lifelike features using fondant, modeling chocolate and wafer paper.
This sculpted cake is full size and created in edible and non-edible materials. Once you make this amazing creation you can keep it forever. However, you will also be provided with templates and instruction to turn it into an edible piece of art for future projects.
This workshop also includes some basic cake-stand construction. You’ll learn how to build a sturdy and customized support structure that can be adapted for stacking of layers of your favorite flavor of cake.
Several other techniques, such as, sculpting modeling chocolate, wafer paper petalling and painting on chocolate are also covered. All of these techniques are very versatile and easily transferable over to other types of cake design.
All supplies, materials, hardware, templates and recipes are included in this two day hands on course.
